This client is a mid-sized milk tea & fresh juice chain brand, with more than 30 physical stores and large takeout order volume across Southeast Asia. Before cooperating with ProviaPack, they purchased generic plain cups from local suppliers, facing several stubborn operational problems:
1.Unbranded cups cannot spread brand identity. Customers rarely remember the brand after drinking, word-of-mouth promotion is very limited;
2.Low-cost thin cups have poor heat insulation; hot drinks easily scald customers’ hands, cold drinks produce heavy condensation that wet takeout bags, triggering lots of bad reviews and refund requests;

1.Hot drink paper cup upgrade
We adopted thick double-layer paper with inner PE coating, add heat insulation layer to prevent scalding; customize exclusive caliber and capacity matching the brand’s classic hot drink recipes. The outer surface prints brand logo, store social media account and limited-time promotion information; customers can scan QR code to join member community directly from cup surface. We also supply matching paper cup sleeves for extra heat insulation.
2.Cold drink plastic cup optimization
Use food-grade thick PET plastic, improve cup rim precision to match anti-spill sealed lids, greatly reduce takeout leakage rate; customize gradient color printing on cup body to match brand visual system, add anti-slip texture at cup bottom.
3.Flexible order scheme
We set up 3 commonly used cup sizes for their best-selling SKUs, support small batch trial order for new stores and large bulk replenishment for mature outlets; unified production standard ensures packaging consistency across all chain shops. We also provide matching straws, sealing films as optional supporting supplies to realize one-stop procurement.
