What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the project, usually 1000pcs, sometimes we will support the customer’s new project development and lower the MOQ.
What details are needed to get an accurate quotation?
The basic elements are the box structure, material, quantity, size, color, logo finishing, accessories. lf you don’t know anything about it, please suggest your product for better recommendation.
Do you provide design support?
Yes. We provide design support for packaging layout, logo placement, printing elements, and basic artwork preparation. Please send us your logo, text, product information, and preferred style.
Can you customize the size, material, and printing?
Yes. We support custom sizes, materials, structures, colors, printing, logos, surface finishes, and inserts according to your product and branding requirements.
What format should I provide my artwork to you in?
Please send us your artwork in a dieline file (PDF or AI format) that can be edited in Adobe Illustrator. Please keep the dieline as a separate layer in your AI file. You can also send your logo and printing elements to us, we can put them in the right place for you, please contact us.
Can I get samples before mass production?
Of course! The normal production plan is that we will make pre-production samples for you to check the quality and design, After the sample is confirmed by you, mass production will begin.
How can you guarantee your quality?
Normally, we will provide you with samples to confirm everything, and the production process is the same as the samples. With our specialized quality inspectors, all products are thoroughly checked before shipment.
How soon can I get the sample?
The proofing time is 3 to 5 days.
How long is the lead time for mass production?
Production time is 15 to 20 days.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on your region, usually it takes 20-30 working days by rail, 25-35 working days by sea, 8-12 working days by air, 5-8 working days by express, etc. If you need the goods urgently, we can also provide express/air + sea shipping together
